Once all of your rate details and inventory have been entered into the system and the distribution strategy decided (our Customer Services Team will help you with this) your rates and availability will then be made available to the channel automatically.  RoomLynx has the added advantage that any bookings made online will flow seamlessly into your Property Management System so no more manual data entry.

You can expose as much of your inventory as you choose simultaneously across your chosen channels.  If you want to close out more expensive channels first, RoomLynx can do this automatically for you.
 

RoomLynx manages real-time availability, so if you sell more rooms locally than anticipated, RoomLynx will automatically adjust your channel allocations.  The reverse is also true, sell more rooms via an online channel and RoomLynx will adjust your local availability automatically.
